Requirements
- No restrictions on gender or age (however, must be under 60 years old) - Must not have any health disqualifications that would prevent normal performance of logistics center duties - Employment may be restricted if legal qualifications required for hiring and job performance are not met - Current regular and contract employees of Coupang Group are not eligible to apply - Only holders of F-4 and F-5 visas can be hired - Only those with a domestic bank account can work.

Hiring process
■ Recruitment Process Easy Application ➔ Phone Consultation ➔ Welcome Day ➔ Final Acceptance What is Welcome Day? A one-day schedule where an introduction to the center and processes (work) is conducted, followed by an in-person interview. For forklift operators, practical tests will be conducted at the forklift training center after acceptance and joining. ■ 12-month employment contract / Extension based on evaluation results after the initial 12-month contract (Includes a 12-week probation period. However, the probation period may be shortened based on the number of days worked as a daily worker in the 3 months prior to joining as a contract employee.)
