About the company
Aalok is a K-beauty tech brand that creates the smart cartridge skincare device SkinMax. We are now intensifying our expansion into the U.S. market and are looking for someone to set up and grow our TikTok Shop and Amazon channels from the ground up.
Responsibilities
· Operating US TikTok Shop (Seller Center, Shop Ads, GMV Max) · Operating US Amazon (listing, advertising, FBA inventory and order management) · Managing creator and affiliate programs (discovery, negotiation, management) · Operating product seeding and expanding paid advertising for excellent content · Analyzing channel data and performance reporting
Requirements
· Native-level English communication skills · Practical experience in operating a TikTok Shop seller account in the U.S. · Experience in creator sourcing and commission negotiation · Experience in operating Amazon in the U.S. (relevant to listing, advertising, or FBA) · Residency qualification allowing employment in Korea (or eligible for visa support) · Holder of residency qualification allowing employment in South Korea (or eligible for visa issuance support)
