Hiring for China Business Development Intern
About the company
toomuchtax is preparing to enter the Chinese market and is looking for a BD (Business Development) representative to support this effort. This position involves researching fashion sellers, KOLs, and distributors on major Chinese platforms such as Douyin and Xiaohongshu, as well as handling initial contact and communication with potential partners. We are looking for a passionate, growth-oriented, and highly capable individual who can closely communicate with our enthusiastic CEO and help lead our global expansion into the Chinese market.
Responsibilities
Responsible for local distribution network research for entry into the Chinese market. - Discovering and listing Douyin fashion live sellers channels - Searching for Xiaohongshu fashion KOLs/influencers - Investigating accounts related to K-pop styling - Researching Korean fashion specialized sellers - Searching and organizing women's clothing edit shops/distributors Conducting various contacts and communications with Chinese distribution networks. - Initial contact and meeting schedule coordination with research target channels/sellers/KOLs (using DM, email, etc.) - Sending partnership/collaboration proposal messages and managing replies - Tracking contact progress and writing reports
Requirements

Working conditions
- Employment Type: Intern (Evaluation Period Applicable) - Salary Conditions: 2.3 million KRW per month (Additional incentives provided based on performance) - Working Hours: 5 days a week, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Lunch break from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM) - Work Location: 35, Toegye-ro 80-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul, 4th Floor
