We are Hemeco Co., Ltd., the most trendy global online and offline beauty commerce 'Hemeco Lab' and the operator of global beauty brands 'AOU', 'ANAZE', and 'HAUA'. Since our establishment in 2022, we achieved an annual revenue of 10 billion won in just two years, and in March 2025, we received Series A investment from Altos Ventures. We are looking for a performance marketer from Taiwan who will join us in continuing our global growth and help create a journey from 1 to 100! [ Key Objectives ] Understanding the Taiwanese market customers: Quickly catch their culture, changing interests, and local trends, and utilize this in our strategy. Developing creative marketing strategies: Devise creative ways to effectively reach our target customers.

Requirements
Experience in executing performance marketing for Meta, TikTok, or Google Ability to understand and create content in Traditional Chinese Strong interest in solving problems creatively Keen interest in the beauty or consumer goods industry and global content trends
Working conditions
You can work between 8 AM and 11 AM while adhering to core hours (11 AM to 4 PM). A welcome kit will be provided upon joining.
