Responsibilities
Overseas Market Development and Sales * Discovering and executing entry strategies for new markets by country * Identifying and contracting overseas partners (distributors, buyers) * Managing sales and maintaining relationships with existing partners * Planning and participating in overseas exhibitions, conferences, and fairs * Operating events to expand global brand awareness Overseas Sales Operations * Setting and managing sales targets by country * Managing the entire export process (ordering, shipping, schedule management, etc.) * Negotiating trading conditions and pricing policies Global Marketing and Market Expansion * Planning and executing local marketing strategies tailored to the characteristics of each country * Supporting local marketing operations such as SNS, digital, and influencers * Planning brand and product launch campaigns Partner Marketing and Training * Providing marketing guides and operational support for distributors * Offering product training and sales materials * Monitoring local marketing activities and managing performance Data and Performance Management * Analyzing sales and market data by country * Improving performance-based strategies and deriving growth directions * Sharing global brand strategies and operational directions
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from a domestic or international four-year institution - Relevant experience of 5 years or more - Proficiency in both Korean and English at a business level (required) - Experience in communication with overseas partners/buyers - Understanding of export and trade processes - Ability to conduct market analysis and execute based on insights - No disqualifications for overseas business trips

Hiring process
