[Global] SEA Team - Growth Marketer (Taiwan)

Responsibilities
1. Directly recruit and execute with local influencers / KOLs / KOCs in Taiwan - List, recruit, seed products, and conduct reviews/group purchases with local influencers and KOCs in Taiwan (communicate directly in Chinese) - Measure collaboration content performance and manage sales linkage 2. Data tracking and marketing performance analysis - Confirm the proper functioning of tracking codes such as Meta Pixel and GA4 within the Cafe24 company mall and set up events - Daily aggregation of performance by media/material and analysis of sales conversion compared to the monthly budget 3. Directly set up and manage digital advertising for Taiwan, including traffic and sales - Directly set up advertising campaigns on major Taiwanese media such as Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google, and LINE Ads, replace materials, and adjust bids/budgets - Optimize performance to drive traffic to the Cafe24 company mall and improve ROAS / CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
Requirements
• Language Proficiency: Business-level Chinese (Traditional) for smooth communication • Experience Requirement: More than 2 years of practical experience in global/overseas performance marketing or marketing in the Taiwan market • Education: No specific requirements • Data Utilization Skills: Ability to analyze phenomena based on data and derive actions for revenue improvement • Media Operation Skills: Experience in directly setting up and executing ads using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Admin • Sensitivity to local trends in Taiwan and ability to proactively execute from material planning to ad execution and data analysis • No disqualifications for overseas travel: Must have no restrictions on business trips
