Hiring for Foreign Patient Consultation Officer (Japanese and English required)
Responsibilities
- First consultation for inquiries from foreign patients received through the iCloudHospital.com platform (phone, text, SNS, email, etc.) - Communicate and coordinate with hospitals to ensure foreign patients can receive treatment in domestic hospitals - Act as an intermediary between foreign patients and hospitals after attracting patients - Provide additional support and follow-up consultations based on patient needs - Manage patient reviews and additional communication after treatment
Requirements
- Proficient in Korean, English, and Japanese communication (able to communicate smoothly with Korean doctors and foreigners) - Experience in handling and consulting foreign patients - Experience in collaboration with Korean hospitals
Working conditions
