Based on the philosophy of 'The Right Answer to Every Ingredient,' we are presenting new standards to the beauty market with scientific evidence for every ingredient. You can grow as a leader overseeing marketing and sales strategy development for the Chinese market, B2B partnerships, and B2C live commerce. Through the experience of building and leading the Chinese marketing organization, you can develop practical leadership by creating the market from the ground up.
Responsibilities
• Establishing marketing and sales strategies for the Chinese market and designing annual and quarterly roadmaps • Developing and managing distribution and vendor partnerships in China • Establishing and operating marketing strategies for major Chinese SNS and live commerce channels • Managing product operations and sales for major e-commerce channels in China • Building the marketing team in China and nurturing team members along with task management • Budget allocation and performance management based on ROI, and strategic alignment with relevant departments at headquarters
Requirements
• More than 7 years of experience in marketing or e-commerce in the Chinese market and more than 2 years of team leadership experience • Proficient in business communication in Chinese • Experience in operating major e-commerce and live commerce platforms in China • Practical experience in negotiations and contracts with B2B distribution and vendors • Experience in proactively designing marketing and sales strategies for the Chinese market in a brand or agency setting

Benefits
• Candidates must be able to communicate in business English. • Experience in marketing or distribution in the beauty, healthcare, or cosmeceutical categories in China is required. • Candidates who have led a project for a Korean brand's entry into China from the beginning are preferred. • Possession of a network of local agencies, MCNs, and distributors in China is required. • Understanding of cross-border e-commerce is necessary.
