Hiring for Industrial Computer (IPC) Technical Sales and Field Engineer (Work in Vietnam)

YOI System Co., Ltd. is a leading domestic company that supplies various essential products for industrial equipment, including industrial computers, controllers, network devices, servers, storage, and smart data collection equipment. The company has been at the forefront of domestic production of industrial equipment and the establishment of smart factories in South Korea. YOI VINA is the Vietnamese subsidiary of YOI System Co., Ltd., a representative South Korean industrial computer company. With the establishment of YOI VINA in the Yen Phong area of Bac Ninh Province, we are hiring talents to provide technical support, maintenance, and technical sales for industrial computers and network equipment to local clients.
Responsibilities
- Technical sales and support for industrial computers and network equipment - On-site visits to customer locations, initial setup and inspection of equipment - Equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolution of on-site issues - Responding to customer inquiries and proposing technical solutions - Vietnamese-Korean interpretation and translation of business documents - Supporting communication with the Korean headquarters - Assisting with simple administrative tasks related to the operation of the Vietnam branch (1 accounting staff currently employed) - Technical training at the Korean headquarters planned for the initial period of employment (approximately 2 months)
Requirements
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Vietnam and proficient in Vietnamese-Korean. - Must hold TOPIK level 5 or higher. - Must have experience in a technology-based role. - Must be willing to travel abroad and visit client sites. - Must be proficient in computer skills and MS Office. - Must possess a sense of responsibility and a positive attitude. - Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
Working conditions
- Employment Type: Full-time (2-month probation) - Salary: To be determined after the interview (additional points will be applied for Vietnamese nationals who have graduated from a Korean university) - Work Location: Yen Phong, Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam - Working Hours: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) 08:00-17:00 (including lunch break) - Incentives: May be paid according to company regulations based on company performance and individual performance
