Hello, this is the recruitment team at Views Company. Views Company is a content-based integrated marketing agency leading the K-beauty industry. We are a hybrid organization that encompasses brand incubating, IMC campaigns, viral content production, and distribution linkage, centered around creator IP. We are growing as a marketing partner equipped with both execution capability and content planning skills, primarily focusing on Olive Young and domestic and international distribution channels. We are looking for colleagues who will help create the global expansion of K-beauty brands.
Responsibilities
• Discovering and recruiting beauty influencers in North America and Europe • Operating seedings (both paid and unpaid) and TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns • Matching creators with brands/products and planning content • Communicating with global creators and negotiating rates • Collaborating with brand companies and internal related departments • Preparing brand content planning documents/proposals/results reports
Requirements
• Candidates with strong communication skills and experience or high interest in managing social media • Those who can communicate in English
