Working conditions
■ Working Days Monday to Saturday (Full-time) Monday to Friday (Part-time) ■ Salary Full-time monthly salary: 2,600,000 won for 6 days a week, finishing early at 3 PM on Saturdays Part-time hourly wage: 11,000 won for 5 days a week, including weekly holiday, hourly wage 13,200 won Those who work hard and for a long time will receive a salary increase quickly. ■ Benefits - Lunch provided - If overtime occurs, night shift allowance will be provided separately. - Severance pay is provided for those who work more than 1 year. - For those who work diligently, there will be two salary increases in the first year based on annual performance. - A year-end bonus will be paid annually if there is an increasing trend in operating profit. - Bonuses will be provided for Chuseok and Lunar New Year.
