Working conditions
Part-time hourly wage: 11,000 KRW (if conditions for weekly holiday allowance are met, converted hourly wage is 13,200 KRW) Annual salary upon conversion to full-time: A workplace (Jeongseon) 33,730,000 KRW / B workplace (Wonju) 30,910,000 KRW Schedule: 5 days of work and 2 days off per week based on the workplace, with individual approved working hours applied Legal allowances provided for overtime, night, and holiday work Dormitory and one meal per day provided (upon conversion to full-time, dormitory fee and meal cost of 1,960 KRW per meal is the employee's responsibility) Commute bus, health check-ups, condolence money, long-term service rewards, welfare points up to 1,200,000 KRW per year based on length of service, free accommodation at resorts and up to 50% discount on facilities ※ Details regarding conversion to full-time and conditions for applying the annual salary will be provided separately.
