Recruiting Online English Instructors for Remote Work (F Visa)

Britmates is a premium EdTech platform that connects English learners across South Korea with native English-speaking instructors. Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 online English classes using Zoom (for children and adults) - Class duration: 15 minutes or 30 minutes - Class areas: General English conversation, Business English, Children's English, Exam preparation English, etc. - Once you register your available time slots, trial classes or regular students can book classes during those times.
Requirements
- Currently residing in South Korea as a native English speaker - Visa requirements: Only applicants with F-2, F-5, or F-6 visas can apply - Minimum of 2 years of English teaching experience - Must have a technical environment for stable class delivery: : Laptop or desktop PC : Stable high-speed internet : HD webcam : Headset with clear sound quality - Stable internet connection is essential: : Download speed: at least 15Mbps : Upload speed: at least 20Mbps : Internet speed must be measured based on a Korean server
Working conditions
Work Type: Remote (Online) Contract Type: Freelancer Work Schedule: Flexible hours High Demand Time Slots (KST): 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM / 7:00 PM - 12:00 AM Salary: Starting from 17,000 KRW per hour (negotiable based on experience) Salary Negotiation: Negotiable based on experience and teaching performance
Hiring process
Step 1. Resume Review We will review the applicant's experience and qualifications. Step 2. Online Interview and Demonstration Class After receiving guidance via email, a 10-minute online demonstration class and a brief interview will be conducted. Step 3. Onboarding Orientation and contract signing will take place.
