Recruitment of Foreign Language Instructors (RU/KR/EN)
Responsibilities
• Prepare and conduct Russian/Korean/English classes • Operate classes based on curriculum and teaching materials, set learning objectives • Assign tasks and provide feedback, simple communication with parents (template provided) • Manage learning progress and attendance (using internal Lesson Log) • Report classes according to academy policies (SOP) • You will be joining the Wide Step Language Institute (Anseong) department.
Requirements
• No experience required (new graduates are welcome to apply) • Must have a bachelor's degree (4 years) or be a graduating student • Must be able to teach at least 2 of the following languages: Russian, Korean, English (combinations negotiable) • Excellent communication skills, responsibility, and time management • Passionate about guiding children and adolescents • Must hold a visa that allows legal employment
Working conditions
• Employment Type: Full-time, Contract for 6 months, Freelancer • Salary: To be determined after the interview • Working Days/Hours: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) 14:00~22:00
