Hiring Global Marketer for K-Beauty Platform
About the company
OAI Co., Ltd. is the operator of the K-beauty platform 'Hwayeonsing'. We are redesigning the way Chinese customers experience Korea by connecting scattered hospitals, beauty shops, brands, and hotels into one. We only introduce partner companies that have been directly visited and verified. Based on trustworthy information that customers can believe and choose, we create over 50 million exposures per month through local channels in China.
Responsibilities
· Content planning and operation for official accounts on Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and Douyin · Planning and execution of promotions and campaigns targeting Chinese customers · Content marketing in collaboration with hospitals, beauty shops, and brand partners · Planning of detail pages and landing content, and improvement of reservation conversion · Performance analysis by channel and derivation of improvement measures · Research on local trends in China and competitive services
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree or higher (4-year degree) - Recognized by both domestic and international universities · Understanding of the content grammar of Chinese platforms such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and Douyin · Ability to lead from goal setting to execution and performance summary of promotions and campaigns · Ability to organize and persuade content planning proposals in writing · Ability to read channel metrics such as exposure, traffic, and reservation conversion, and derive improvement plans · Ability to manage content schedules in collaboration with designers and partner companies (familiar with collaboration tools such as Slack / Notion)
Working conditions
· Employment Type | Contract for 24 months (Possibility of conversion to permanent position) · Work Location | OII Co., Ltd. Seoul Branch (Located in Gangnam-gu) · Working Hours | 5 days a week (09:00~18:00) · Salary | 40 million KRW per year (Negotiable based on experience)
