To produce thousands of reels every month, we focus on automating the entire production process. (1) Web for Brands A place where brands create recruitment announcements and video production guidelines, and leave feedback and revision requests for the videos. We are continuously enhancing the guideline creation feature to fully capture the planning intent for high-quality videos. (2) App for Influencers A place where influencers apply for recruitment announcements, check the guidelines, and upload the completed videos. We strive to help them find the perfect campaign among hundreds of campaigns, ultimately increasing the application rate for each announcement. We are looking for someone to conquer the Japanese market with us!
Responsibilities
1. Brand Communication and Operations Management [Local Brand Response in Japan (Japanese)] • Support the use of services for new Japanese brands and conduct onboarding to guide the use of the Globe platform. • Respond to inquiries and communicate with Japanese beauty brands. • Resolve issues and provide operational support during the service usage process. [Response to Korean Brands (for those who can speak Korean)] • Respond to inquiries from Korean beauty brands using Globe's Japanese services. • Facilitate smooth communication and support service usage with Korean brands. • Resolve issues that arise during the service usage process. 2. Content Quality Maintenance • Review video content created by Japanese influencers. • Ensure that Japanese influencers comply with platform policies. 3. Other Operational Tasks • Provide support for all tasks necessary for the operation of Japanese services. • For those who can speak Korean, perform tasks using both Korean and Japanese. ※ Korean language proficiency is not a mandatory requirement, and the responsibilities may be adjusted based on the ability to speak Korean.
Requirements
• Japanese nationals currently residing in Korea • Individuals holding a visa that allows legal work in Korea • For those without a visa, support for visa issuance may be considered • No restrictions on experience or years of service
