(Project Management Associate) Vietnamese Speaker
About the company
ATS is recruiting a Project Management Associate (PMA) to support smooth collaboration between customers and the offshore development organization, manage project schedules, quality, deliverables, and facilitate technical communication. This position will serve as a bridge connecting Korean clients and the Vietnamese offshore development team, supporting seamless collaboration among stakeholders throughout the entire project process.
Responsibilities
- Support communication and collaboration with customers and the offshore development team - Coordinate business and technical requirements between Korean clients and the Vietnamese development team - Manage project schedules, progress, deliverables, and documentation - Support all phases of the project including requirements analysis, development, testing, and delivery - Provide meeting interpretation and technical document translation (if necessary) - Manage project issues and risks - Support project quality management and PMO tasks - Assist with customer responses and project operations - Prepare project status reporting materials
Requirements
- More than 1 year of relevant experience - Experience in PMO, BrSE, BA, or IT project operations - Ability to perform tasks in Korean (TOPIK Level 6 or equivalent) - Possession of a visa that allows domestic employment and residence (D10, F2, F5, F6, etc.) - Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall - Ability to understand SRS and write basic project and technical documents - Strong communication and collaboration skills - No disqualifications for overseas business trips
