Responsibilities
• PCB Production Position (Layup, Processing, In-house Inspection, etc.) • Semiconductor Substrate PCB AOI, Magnifying Glass, Microscope Inspection, Shipping Inspection • Layup, SMT Layering Input, Materials, OP, Layup Exposure Room, etc.
Working conditions
Regular position at Ji-in Co., Ltd. • Work schedule: 3 shifts, 2 days off - 4 days (day) - 2 days (off) - 4 days (night) - 2 days (off) 08:30~20:30/20:30~08:30 • Salary: Hourly wage 10,320 KRW / Monthly level 3.4 million KRW (pre-tax) *Based on full-time work • Family allowance: 5,000 KRW for spouse and children • Long-term service allowance: Paid differentially from the 2nd year • Bonus: 200% (150% regular bonus, 50% holiday bonus) *150% paid monthly from the 4th month (approximately 260,000 KRW per month) • Leave for family events • Bonus payment • Commuter bus service • Family allowance payment • Long-term service allowance payment • In-house cafeteria operation
