• Recruitment Area China Coordinator • Key Responsibilities Responding to and consulting with domestic and Chinese patients, inbound and outbound calls Patient management before and after procedures, handling complaints Responding to Kakao Channel inquiries
Requirements
• Qualifications: No experience required (new graduates are welcome to apply) • High school diploma or higher • Fluent in Korean • Basic computer skills • Friendly and able to communicate smoothly • Excellent service mindset • Responsible, diligent, and values teamwork
Working conditions
• Salary: Annual salary of 33,000,000~34,000,000 KRW (negotiable during the interview) • Work location: 8th floor, Hanseung Building, 423 Gangnam-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul • Working days: Monday to Saturday (5-day work schedule) Weekdays: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM / Saturday: 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM
