Hiring for an Overseas Business Operations Manager for English/Japanese/Chinese Part.
About the company
We are looking for capable individuals to manage the global business operations of Abijou Clinic at Winion Co., Ltd.'s Overseas Business Division. We welcome many applicants who can assist with translation, communication with overseas partners and customers, and global channel operations.
Responsibilities
• Translation and localization of content related to overseas business • Interpretation for communication and meetings with overseas partners, companies, and buyers • Consultation and reservation management for overseas customers through global official channels • Operation of overseas business and SNS content by language group
Requirements
• Ability to communicate and write documents fluently in Korean and the supported language • Possession of a relevant certified qualification or ability to use the language at a native level • Foreign applicants must hold an F-series visa that allows for domestic employment activities • No disqualifications for overseas travel and domestic/international business trips • Possess a customer service mindset and strong communication skills • Able to perform tasks responsibly and diligently • Capable of collaborating based on mutual respect and business manners
Working conditions
• 5-day work schedule • Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM • Saturday to Sunday 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM • Break time will be provided according to the Labor Standards Act • Weekend and holiday work may be required based on department operations • Compensatory leave or holiday work allowance will be provided for holiday work • Separate allowance will be paid for overtime work • Negotiable based on experience (to be determined after the interview) • Annual salary will be adjusted every year based on performance evaluation results and work achievements • Contract position • There is a probation period (included in the initial 1-month contract period, salary paid according to the employment contract) • After the initial 1-month contract, contract extensions can be made for 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year based on evaluation and mutual agreement • Review for conversion to a permanent position will be conducted after the 1-year contract period based on evaluation results
