  • - Qualifications
  • 1Holder of an associate degree or higher from a domestic (Korean) university
  • 2Holder of a caregiver certificate (Yoyang Bohosa)
  • 3Completion of level 3 or higher in the Social Integration Program (KIIP), or score of 61 or higher on the preliminary test, or TOPIK level 3 or higher
Company
  • - National employment protection review criteria
  • 1At least 5 Korean workers enrolled in employment insurance for 3+ months
  • 2Foreign hires make up no more than 20% of Korean employees
  • ※ If a separate permitted number is specified below, it takes precedence over the criteria above
  • - Qualifications
  • Elderly medical welfare facilities under the “Elderly Welfare Act”
  • - Wage Conditions
  • Wages must be equal to or higher than the average wage of Korean employees performing the same job
