Worker	- Qualifications Meet at least one of the requirements below + a Skills Verification Certificate 1Hold an associate degree or higher + at least 3 years of work experience in the relevant field Automotive maintenance-related majors (automotive engineering, automotive maintenance) Work experience fields (auto body panel beating, painting, maintenance/repair) [Skills Verification Certificate] After conducting a skills verification in the panel beating·painting field at an institution designated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, a Skills Verification Certificate is issued to those who pass 2A person with at least 5 years of work experience in the relevant field - Others 1Special Provision for International Students The experience requirement is waived when an international student who obtained an associate degree or higher in the relevant field from a domestic university has secured employment at a company in the automobile panel beating·painting field and has received an employment recommendation from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport 2KIIP (Korea Immigration and Integration Program) Within 1 year of entering Korea, obtain a score of 21 or higher on the KIIP pre-assessment and be assigned to KIIP Level 2 or complete KIIP Level 1 or higher or obtain TOPIK Level 2 or higher (graduates of domestic universities are exempt) ※ If the social integration program requirement is not met, permission may be granted to extend the period of stay in 6-month increments per extension, up to a maximum of 1 year
