  • Must meet at least one of the following conditions
  • 1Individuals selected through separate agreements with relevant ministries or organizations (planned)
  • 2Graduates from universities that train personnel for root industries
  • 3Those who have held E-9, E-10, or H-2 visa status for at least 5 years within the past 10 years and meet the skilled worker score criteria
Company
  • - National employment protection review criteria
  • 1At least 5 Korean workers enrolled in employment insurance for 3+ months
  • 2Foreign hires make up no more than 20% of Korean employees
  • ※ If a separate permitted number is specified below, it takes precedence over the criteria above

  • 1When employing selected individuals or graduates from Root Industry Specialized Universities
  • * For general companies: at least 10 employees currently working (based on number enrolled in employment insurance)
