• Management and Reporting of Foreign Students with D-2 Visas

    This outlines the responsibilities of educational institution staff members tasked with managing foreign students. All information related to foreign students must be registered and managed through the Foreign Student Information System (FIMS) for notification and tracking purposes.

    • The head of the school where the foreign student is enrolled or undergoing training must designate a staff member responsible for their management and notify the local immigration office (based on the location of the institution or branch campus). If the responsible staff member is replaced, this change must also be reported immediately.
