• Electronic Visa Application

International students admitted to excellent certified universities are eligible for electronic visa issuance. The entire process, from application to issuance, can be completed online without visiting an embassy. The electronic visa issuance confirmation serves as the visa itself, eliminating the need to apply for a visa at a foreign consulate.

    • The university’s international student coordinator

(Although international students can apply directly, the process is typically handled by the coordinator.)

    • The international student coordinator at an excellent certified university submits the electronic visa application on behalf of admitted students. Based on the documents provided during the admission process, the coordinator applies online through the Visa Korea website for swift visa issuance. Once the electronic visa issuance confirmation is delivered to the student, it allows them to enter South Korea.
