      • Proof of financial ability (View details)

      • Family relationship certificate (if submitting proof of parents’ financial ability)

      • Original passport and a copy

      • Copy of the educational institution’s business registration certificate (or unique identification number certificate)

      • Original proof of final academic qualifications (View details)

        (If the original was submitted to the institution, a certified copy can be used.)

      • Passport photo file (white background, taken within the last 6 months)

      • Tuberculosis test certificate issued by a designated hospital (issued within the last 3 months)

      • Additional program-specific documents (if applicable)

        Process Required Documents

        (Research Program)

        • Letter of Guarantee

        • Documents proving participation in a specific research program

          Certificate of Foreign Researcher issued by the university president with an official seal, etc

        (Exchange Student)

        • Original Letter of Recommendation issued by the home university:

          If the original document is not written in Korean or English, a notarized translation is required.

        • Documents proving exchange student status:

          Official letter from the host university, Student exchange agreement (MOU) signed between universities, etc.

        • Documents proving completion of at least one semester at the home institution:

          Certificate of enrollment and academic transcript from the home university.

      Fees

      • Visa issuance fee: $50

      • Additional fees for visa application center: 390,000 VND

      • Medical examination and certificate issuance fees

    • 4)
