  Employment Contract Procedure

    Once employment with a Korean company is confirmed, the employer issues a labor contract through COLAB.

    The contract includes detailed terms such as duration, workplace location, duties, holidays, wages, and other working conditions.

    
  • ③

    Applicants can also review visual materials (photos or videos) of the workplace environment and job details.

    
  • ④

    After reviewing the contract and confirming the desire to work, applicants must pay the required fees to COLAB to proceed with the contract.

  Important Notes During Contract Signing

  
  • ①

    Applicants can request adjustments to the contract terms or corrections for any errors in their personal information by contacting COLAB.

    
  • ②

    Applicants must decide whether to proceed with the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the contract and complete the signing process.

    
  • ③

    Applicants can refuse a contract once. However, after a second refusal, job applications will be restricted for 1 year.

    

Fees must be paid according to COLAB's regulations

  Airfare and Pre-Training Costs: 15,000,000 ₫
  (Accommodation and additional training fees are charged separately).

  
• 2)

  Visa Issuance and Management Fee: 390,000 ₫.

  
• 3)

  Social Policy Bank Fund Deposit:

    A deposit of 150,000,000 ₫ must be made to the local social policy bank where the worker’s household registration is recorded.

    
  • ②

    Payment must be completed before the pre-training ends.

    
  • ③

    The fund can be claimed upon return to Vietnam. However, it will be forfeited if the worker becomes an illegal resident in Korea.

  Loan Options

  

  EWorkers with an EPS-based employment contract can apply for a loan.

  • ①

    Maximum loan term: 5 years and 4 months with 0% interest.
    Priority benefits are applied to national merit recipients, individuals from low-income households, ethnic minorities, and workers whose land has been confiscated.

    Required documents: Loan application, copy of the employment contract, and ID card.
