After signing the employment contract, workers must complete a pre-employment training program in their home country.

  10–15 days of residential training. Accommodation and meal costs are paid separately. Additional fees apply if extra training is needed. (Additional Korean Language Class Fee: 920,000 ₫)

    If participation is difficult due to unavoidable circumstances, workers can request a postponement from COLAB.

    Failure to attend without prior notice will result in cancellation of the employment contract and a 1-year ban from participating in the EPS program. Workers may reapply for training after the ban period.

  Examination Process:

  A group health examination is conducted for first-time workers during the pre-employment training. An additional health check is conducted just before departure.

  Examination Fees:

  Male (485,000 ₫), Female: (515,000 ₫)

A criminal record certificate must be submitted to COLAB before the end of the training period.
