Workers will travel with a COLAB representative and, upon arrival, will complete verification procedures with the HRD Korea at the airport.
Workers must register for the following insurance policies as instructed by the employment training center:
* Report the scheduled departure to the Employment Support Center of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, then submit the related documents to the insurance company.
* Insurance claim form (1 copy).
* Copy of the worker's bank account details, Copy of ID (passport or alien registration card), Departure confirmation document (1 copy).
Must be purchased within 15 days from the employment start date to cover injuries or illnesses unrelated to work.
Workers can download the EPS Insurance app from Google Play or the App Store. The app supports 16 languages and provides services such as Viewing return cost and accident insurance details.
After the final health examination, workers will be transferred to their workplace if no issues are found. The employer will visit the training center to escort the worker to the worksite. If any issues are identified during the health check conducted in Korea, the worker may be sent back to their home country.
