    Physical Evaluation

    

    Grip strength, Back muscle strength, Physical examination (height, weight), Vision and color vision (color blindness, color weakness), Other physical defects

    Interview Evaluation

    
    • Self-introduction and attitude
    • Basic conversations and response to instructions
    • Identifying equipment names from photos
    • Job competencies (interpersonal skills, organizational understanding, numeracy, problem-solving, technical skills)
    • Korean language speaking skills
    • Video recording of the interview scene (within 1 minute)

  Additional Points Criteria

  
  • ①

    3 points: More than one year of relevant work experience.

    
  • ②

    1 point: Completion of more than 120 hours of vocational training at a government-designated training institution or graduation from a college or higher educational institution.

    1 point: Holding a national certification related to the job.

  Document Submission Evaluation

  
  • ①

    Prepare the required documents and submit them in person during the specified registration period.

    
  • ②

    Documents will be verified by COLAB in Vietnam and interview evaluators.

    
  • ③

    Submission of false documents will result in disqualification, and candidates will be banned from applying for 3 years.
