Before submitting the Employment Permit application, you must go through the process of attempting to recruit domestic workers. The Employment Permit System (EPS) requires employers to make efforts to hire domestic workers to protect their employment opportunities.

  Efforts to Employ Domestic Workers

  

  Efforts to recruit domestic workers can be made through newspapers, broadcasts, or local information magazines. However, additional points can be earned by recruiting through the local Employment Center or the Employment24 website.

  Foreign Worker Employment Permit Application

  

  If efforts to hire domestic workers fail, you can apply within three months of the recruitment attempt.

    Application Method

      Submit the application in person to the local labor officeduring the EPS application period or online through the Employment24 website. All documents can be submitted via the Employment24 platform.

      The system has transitioned from a first-come, first-served basis to a scoring system, so applications only need to be submitted before the application deadline.

      You can choose workers recommended by the Employment Center or select them directly. Upon request, interviews can be conducted online before signing an employment contract.

      

      Employment Center Recommendation	Receive recommendations for workers in a ratio of 3 candidates per position and select from them.
      Direct Selection	Select foreign workers in a 3:1 ratio on the Employment24 website, then finalize the selection after confirmation by the Employment Center.

    Submission of Accommodation and Workplace Information

    

    Photos and videos of the foreign worker’s accommodation and workplace must be sent to the worker along with the employment contract.

      * Submit photos and videos of foreign worker dormitories directly or register them on the Employment24 website. * If the dormitory is categorized as temporary construction, workplace buildings, or others, you must submit temporary building permits or building registry documents. * If the accommodation is a temporary facility registered as a dormitory with local authorities, an on-site inspection may be required to verify compliance with facility standards.

      Submit or upload photos and videos of the workplace, the location where foreign workers will be employed, and details of work activities to the Employment24 website.
