• Employment Contract Execution

    • Once the Employment Permit has been issued, the recruitment process proceeds according to the recruitment method selected during the Employment Permit application. The labor contract process is entrusted to the Human Resources Development Service of Korea (HRD Korea).

      • The Employment Center recommends three foreign workers, from which the company selects suitable candidates.

      • After accessing the Employment24 website, select three candidates, obtain final approval from the Employment Center, and complete the hiring process within two hours.

    • The employment contract is handled by HRD Korea.

      • One copy of the Delegated Application for Foreign Worker Recruitment, One copy of the Business Registration Certificate (or Agricultural Management Entity Registration Confirmation)

      • Includes administrative processing fees, such as post-arrival job training costs. (The fee must be paid within three days of notification. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the application.)
