• 1)

  The applicant must have resided in South Korea for at least 4 years in the last 10 years under E-9, E-10, or H-2 visa status and be a registered foreigner with active employment.

• 2)

  The annual salary at the current workplace must be at least 26 million KRW.

  ※ For workers in agriculture/livestock or fisheries/inland shipping, the threshold is 25 million KRW.

• 3)

  At the time of application, the applicant must have an employment contract of at least 2 years.

• 4)

  Must be recommended by a company where they have been employed for at least one year.

• 5)

  The applicant must score at least 200 points in the K-Point system.(K-Point Scoring Table)

  * The average income over the past two years must exceed 25 million KRW (24 million KRW for agriculture/livestock or fisheries/inland shipping).

  * Korean language proficiency: TOPIK Level 2 or higher, or Completion of Level 2 of the Social Integration Program (KIIP), or Placement in Level 3 or higher in the Preliminary Assessment (41 points or more).
