Inappropriate facilities such as plastic greenhouses, modified containers, or warehouses.
Heating and cooling systems, hot water shower facilities. Accommodation with essential rooms (bedroom, bathroom, etc.) and internal locking mechanisms. Cooking tools, bedding, fire extinguishers, and fire alarms.

Employers must enroll workers in health insurance, the National Pension, and industrial accident insurance.
※ If the worker is not eligible for industrial accident insurance, they must be enrolled in agricultural/fishery safety insurance as an alternative.
※ Prohibited activities: Driving forklifts, operating freight trucks for shipping, distribution, or sales, etc.
Employers must ensure at least 75% of the total working days during the stay period (e.g., a minimum of 113 days or 904 hours for a 5-month stay).
